Challenge

The energy company had months—not years—to deliver a

fully operational second data center. Design, construction,

and testing windows had collapsed, visibility was low, and

vendors misaligned. This wasn’t just an IT build—it was an

energy-critical infrastructure race against time.

 

​Solution

Tamazari re-sequenced the delivery roadmap, aligning

construction, power, and network dependencies for

precision execution. Structures, pods, power, and six miles

of cabling were completed; networks configured and

tested within weeks. Additionally, tier-1 applications were

migrated and failover-tested within six months, with Tier-

2 and Tier-3 systems following by the end of the year—all

delivered without operational disruption.
