Challenge
A large energy company in the PNW needed to restructure the SAP ECC Financial and Controlling modules and the implementation of Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC). The project included the identification of all impacted and new business processes, Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Reporting across all systems.

Solution
Tamazari was instrumental in building the project team and setting up program management standards and processes for a team of 150+ including 5 vendors. There were over 1,000 requirements that were being managed in each phase.
The planned 4-year project was successfully managed resulting in the deployment of the SAP BPC module for over 500+ end users.
