Challenge

Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma—the four

states that form the G&T cooperative known as KAMO

Power—needed an independent management layer to

ensure cost, schedule, and quality compliance across a

vast multi-state buildout. The program demanded tight

coordination between utilities, construction crews, and

telecom carriers under aggressive timelines.

 

Solution

Tamazari managed the program portfolio, conducted

telecom studies for network optimization, and

coordinated LTE fiber upgrades across carriers including

Verizon, US Cellular, T-Mobile, and Sprint. The team

oversaw construction administration, vendor

performance, and risk mitigation while establishing

scalable frameworks for future fiber deployments.
