Challenge

Outdated communication systems limited

performance and redundancy across three divisions.

TPU needed a unified, always-on architecture to

support mission-critical operations and future digital

platforms—laying the groundwork for a smarter, more

resilient grid.

Solution

A Tamazari Project Manager led the end-to-end

modernization effort—supervising engineering design,

implementation, and lifecycle management for utility

communication networks. The team introduced

ITIL/ITSM best practices, aligned telecom operations

across all divisions, and negotiated new carrier

agreements to expand network diversity and lower

costs.
